the red horse speaks is our internationally recognised programme where learning comes straight from the horse's mouth. Learning with horses, sometimes known as Equine Assisted Learning, offers a powerful and unique approach to development for individuals, teams and organisations. We work with all ages and at all levels - from helping young people develop confidence and life skills through to developing the leadership skills of senior executives in large multi-national organisations. Through a series of activities and exercises which require the humans to work together with the horses to achieve their goal, participants quickly discover how their basic motivations and body language impact those around them – and can affect their performance. There is also plenty of opportunity to discuss how to take the learning back into the workplace and to life. Although the outcome is serious,  the workshops are designed to be enjoyable and fun. Workshops can last either half a day or a full day. Each workshop is designed to meet specific clients need. Popular themes include: A workshop with the horses can stand alone as a learning event or can fit into a wider development programme. We are happy to provide a complete programe or to work with the client's own training section to ensure that our work compliments theirs.
