We enjoy designing workshops to address issues and challenges or for creative work - e.g. business planning, vision and strategy, problem solving, product development.

We make extensive use of PinPoint for its graphic representation of each person's ideas. Everyone can see their contribution and all contributions have equal value. This makes our sessions particularly effective for discussing challenging issues and finding solutions that everyone owns.

The sessions are creative, fun and enjoyable - even when dealing with challenges. People remember them and commit to the action plan created as part of the workshop.

Recent examples of our work include:

• Strategy Review workshop for a large international client with whom Beth has worked previously. This event brought together staff from around the world. By the end of the three days, they had assessed their current position and agreed their high strategic direction for the next five years.
• Change workshop for an organisation that is about to expand through acquisition. This event, held over two days, was a mix of team effectiveness and planning for the future.
