We believe that everyone is a leader – whether leading their own life, being a leader in their community or leading an organisation. Our leadership development programmes are designed accordingly and so we are happy to work with people at all levels. Our aim is to encourage everyone to find their own style of authentic leadership and thus to inspire all those with whom they work
Typically our leadership workshops offer a mix of activities which encompass self awareness, behaviour and some practical tools. This programme is backed up with coaching to provide ongoing support once back in the workplace. Our leadership workshops often include a session with our horses on the red horse speaks programme. The horses provide invaluable and honest feedback on personal style and behaviour which can be a great starting point for development. Recent examples of our work include: Delivering a leadership development programme for the high potential group identified as the leaders of tomorrow by a large multinational company. The delegates came from all over the world. The programme included a workshop with the horses, Insights and class-room based leadership learning. It also included a "Coach the Coach" workshop for the in-house staff who would be supporting the course participants during the full period of their two year programme. Delivering a leadership programme to the top 36 managers of a large local authority. The programme underpins a major cultural change, and is helping to deliver leaders with the skills to help the organisation on its road to excellence. Ths programme was delivered in partmership with another provider. Delivering leadership workshops at a day conference for child care staff. The main purpose here was to build confidence in their ability and help them understand that everyone can be a leader.
