Effective Teams

We enjoy working with new teams who want to get off to a flying start and existing teams that want to improve their performance. All our teambuilding sessions are fun, inclusive and non-judgemental. As a result team members have a greater understanding of each other, building solutions that work for them.

Where there are specific issues and challenges within a team, we facilitate discussions in a creative way that is solution focussed. This is a non-judgemental and inclusive process that ensures that all voices are heard and allows the team to work towards a solution that everyone can commit to.

Where appropriate, we are accredited to use Insights® and the BarOn Emotional Intelligence Quotient Inventory (BarOn EQ-i). These tools can help individuals to understand more about themselves and how they might interact more effectively with their team mates, building on each others strengths and valuing the differences.

Many teams also enjoy learning with the horses through  the red horse speaks  and find this invaluable for improving their ability to work together. We also offer  coaching  to individuals to provide ongoing support once they are back in the workplace.

Examples of our work with teams includes:

  • An two day residential event for a senior management team who wanted to improve their ability to work effectively together and make plans for substantial changes to the way their organisation functioned.
  • An event for a group of managers working together to bring about change in their organisation. This group were geogphically spread so the event gave them an opportinunity to get to know each other as well as to plan for the future.
