Beth Duff

Beth loves working with individuals and teams at all levels, honouring all of them and valuing their unique gifts and talents.43 She firmly believes, with Marianne Williamson, that everyone can be “brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous”. She is an accredited Insights Practitioner and coach and is  accredited to use The BarOn Emotional Intelligence Quotient Inventory (BarOn EQ-i). She is an experienced facilitator, bringing her own brand of enthusiasm to the groups with whom she works.

She works with organisations in oil and gas, local government, the health service, voluntary sector, transport and manufacturing both in the UK and internationally.

She has helped her clients to fulfil their vision through developing both their business and their people. This wide range of experience enables her to understand quickly her client’s business and thus to give them best value from the outset of their work together. Beth has a unique blend of talents that come from having an IT/systems background blended with sound consultancy and people skills.

She has wide experience of working with groups from culturally diverse and international backgrounds.

She is the founder of the red horse speaks, the first equine assisted learning (EAL) programme in Scotland, where she works alongside her beloved horses Chelsea and Susie to teach leadership and personal development to clients of all ages and abilities. She is currently researching why EAL is so successful for her PhD. This research has taken her into the fields of neuroscience, psychology (both human and equine), sport  science and leadership and she brings this knowledge to all of her work - both with and without the horses.

the red horse speaks is internationally recognised and as a result Beth and her EAL partner Sue Hendry have been invited to present their work to conferences and groups in UK, USA and Europe and are becoming sought after as teachers by others who want to enter this field or develop their skills further. As well as speaking to groups about her work with the horses, Beth  is also invited to speak more generally about leadership and about following dreams and passions.
