Founded by Aidan and Beth Duff in 1990, gentle leadership has worked with a range of organisations in oil and gas, local government, the health service, transport, finance and banking, manufacturing and civil engineering.

We have wide experience helping private, public and voluntary organisations. We also work with young people to help them develop life skills and self confidence.
